WCASA works closely with the National Alliance to End Sexual Violence (NAESV) tracking federal policy impacting our anti-violence work and budget appropriations (i.e., federal funding) for numerous programs. Such programs include the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's Rape Prevention Education (RPE) program, and programs and funding streams enacted under the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA), such as the Sexual Assault Services Program (SASP) and the Victims of Crime Act (VOCA).
