Sexual Assault Victim Advocacy School (SAVAS) In-Person

July 23 - July 25

SAVAS will run from 8am-5pm Tuesday through Thursday July 23-25.

WI DOJ Office of Crime Victim Services will host the training on Friday from 8:00am-3:00pm. This day covers the required OCVS training for DOJ-funded programs and staff, including: Safe at Home program, Crime Victim Compensation/SAFE Fund, and Victim Rights. Registration for this day is coordinated by OCVS, and registration information will be provided as soon as it is available.

Please note that this SAVAS will be held in person at the Madison Marriot West. You will need to make your own reservations. There is a block of rooms held at the $98 state rate. The block is currently closed. For assistance booking at the state rate please contact Vanessa Mauss at vanessam@wcasa.org.

This opportunity is being offered to staff of WCASA member Sexual Assault Service Providers (SASPs) for no fee. The registration fee for staff of other organizations serving sexual assault survivors is $300 for the entire training.
